Do not hire Andrew dixson he took my money 5k and gave me excuses for three months he could not complete drafts I paid him for and he will not refund my money he also does not have contractors license which he claimed his company had so take my advice and hire a real architect for your drafts it'll save a lot of time and money it took two weeks for a architect company to finish the plans and permits Andrew dixson still has not produced anything to me it's been five months so also right before I fired him he let it slip that I was only his second drafts his designing usually he hires a draft man but he said it only easy so why should he hire a draft man when he can do it and pay himself and then charge 15percent on top of that to manage his own work
