The lack of service from this company is shocking. After taking a day off work to be here for the service call they didn't even show up. No call....nothing. When I called them I was met with indifference. I would strongly suggest you use a different alternative.
4. Whirlpool customer service rep made arrangement with another contracted service provider locally (Tunesta)
5. Both Whirlpool and Tunesta reps were courteous and arrangements have been made for the repair of my Whirlpool appliance.
Great service from A and E appliance, from the phone call to set up the appointment to the service call. Ray arrived as scheduled and explained to me ,what I need to do to prevent the problem. Ray is a professional with great customer skills. Mahalo

I've been extremely fortunate and very satisfied with the work these folks have done for me over the past 14 months. Unfortunately, my Kitchen Aid range has been a lemon from the get-go. No matter how hard these guys work to fix the problems on this appliance, another one pops up. If you want to talk about bad customer service, try contacting Whirlpool (Kitchen Aid) for help.

These folks are not reliable in any sense, from scheduling, to pricing to folllowthru. Don't recommend them. Not to be confused with A&E Factory Service who are factory recommended and TOP NOTCH.
