the wait is FOREVER. I was there for five hours just so my brother could take his permit written exam. that's ridiculous. On the other hand, most of the employees very are nice so when you finally get out of there, you feel pretty accomplished.
Schedule an appointment, have all your documents and the process will be so smooth. That's what I did for registering my vehicle.
So slow, they have not many people working. If you show up after opening, expect to wait hours. Best bet is make appointment.
