What Bento House advertises is not what you get! Bento House says there is a personal in-room sink, but the room I got did not have one. It says 'healthy continental breakfast included.' Yes, there was breakfast, but worse than the continental breakfast in motels. Definitely not healthy at all. In addition, the neighbor was playing loud music all night long.
Nice place, well kept, no air though and you have to share the bathroom...I like the quietness here too...
Dishonest business! My $200 security deposit is still NOT refunded after two months. The payment policy says it will be refunded within 24 hours of Check-out. I left the room clean, and I did not do any damage to anything. Bento House did not inform me about any deductions to my deposit, so I wrote emails to them. There was no responses from Bento House, not even a single word.
Nice and clean , Claudia the ladie in charge is very polite and nice, she help you in everything that is in her hands, nice and clean kitchen and bathrooms, coffee and snacks, cookies and pastries every morning in the kitchen, close to restaurants and shooping centers, 10 min from Northshore towns and beach, real convenient location 15 min from Honolulu, i will definetly stay in this place again Thanks Bento House we really enjoy the place
My one-night stay at Bento House ends up costing more than $300. It is absolutely not worth it. I would rather spend that money on staying in a hotel, instead of Bento House.
For something small this place is very nice and the owner was a sweetheart. The rooms are clean nice and it's in a convenient area for me. I will continue to stay here every now and then and I have recommended to others. Great and affordable place.
