Great pizza at great deals.
We accidentally sent through our online order to a different store, the manager at this store sorted it out straight away, gave us the same online deal, cancelled the order at the other papa johns and reordered our food and cooked it quickly for us. Great service:)
THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENECE IN HAWAII! Literally now i understand why papa John's sales are going down. I paid 18$ for this pizza right here. Had to call the store since there website wasn't accepting my location or the coupon they gave me from the previous order. I was told by JAMES "there's nothing we can do for you so call the help desk". I was hungry so I just decided to pay full price for the pizza. I used their website to place the order and specifically wrote on the "important notes to please call me before arriving to the destination " driver called me pissed of saying why I wasn't at my location, and gave me and attitude when he arrived. When I tried telling him I was on duty and giving him directions he replied with a "ugh this is my job, I know where it's at. You just messed up my plan". Safe to say after one bite I said screw this never doing this again and called the store for a refund. I AM AN ACTIVE DUTY SOLDIER AND ALL I ASK IS FOR SOME RESPECT. We train hard and work hard for the American people. Is it too hard to ask for some decency in exchange?
Probably the best Papa John's I've ordered from, had an issue where a base address wasn't showing up and they resolved it very quickly. Great delivery driver.
