Born and raised in Whitmore Village, for as long as I can remember this post office is so inconsistent. Went today to pick up a box that yes is bigger than our PO Box. But than again, how many times have I had larger box come in and they put it in the mailboxes with a key to get it. I get a card stating package too large to fit in our PO Box or needs a signature. These boxes needs no signature and if it's too large to fit in our box then put it in the box with the key to get it. Be consistent please and please try to be consistent and place it in one of many boxes that can be used that's plenty I can see right now. Waste of my time and gas to come here and this place closes at 12:00 PM. Very disappointing or they're too lazy to walk right outside their office and put it in the keyed boxes.

I've put in a change of address. I've talked to the mail person that's supposed to deliver oue mail AND NO ONE WANTS TO HELP. I'VE CALLED THE OFFICE SEVERAL TIMES ABOUT THEM NOT GIVING US OUR MAIL FOR OVER A MONTH BUT THEY JUST ANSWER AND HANG UP IN MY FACE. I'M STARTING TO GET REALLY PISSED WITH THEM. THE PREVIOUS COUPLE WHO LIVED HERE ALSO HAD ISSUES. I'M ABOUT FED UP AND I KNOW FOR A FACT THEY DON'T WANT ME IN THEIR OFFICE. Yall need to fix it and fix it quick

Never have to wait to long.

They lost up to $400 of my packages and they don't do anything about it

I recently moved and the person who delivers mail in my area sucks! I’ve had numerous parcels sent to my address. At first, I wasn’t getting my boxes delivered. I would find the slip in my mailbox and have to battle time between finishing work and the post office closing, along with long lines to retrieve my stuff. For the more important parcels, I would have to wait around for the mail to come so I can get my stuff without having to make the trip to the post office. I cannot do that all the time because I do have a job and other commitments. I don’t understand why a parcel that doesn’t require a signature just can’t be left in my gate! It’s not that hard to walk 20 ft into my driveway and place the box in my gate. Instead, they drive up to the mailbox and leave a slip. There was a day that I sat in my truck and watched the lady pull up. She got out of her mail truck with a stack of mail. I watched her put the mail in the boxes and walk back to her truck. Without even looking for my house number to walk the box over, she pulls out the slip and walks it to my mailbox, slides it in, and walks back to her mail truck. I had to run out for my box before she drove off. Today, I got an email from Amazon telling me that a delivery attempt was made by USPS. I rushed to the post office after work to pick up my mail and didn’t have the slip because I didn’t have a chance to go home for it. The lady at the counter, without any hesitation, told me I can’t get my box until tomorrow. I explained to her that 1) the box doesn’t require a signature so why wasn’t it left at my house? 2) I’ve gone there on the same day of attempted delivery before and other people checked the shelf for my package without any problems. She didn’t care. These people don’t take the time to deliver mail if they have to walk 20 feet into the driveway. They don’t care to leave their counter to check for the box on the shelf in the back. Their customer service sucks! I wish I never lived in the area these people serve.
