Poor customer service I was suppose to get my stuff today but they kept giving me excuses
The staff was excellent with helping me get what I needed.
Worst customer service ever. Will never deal with RAC ever, this is a nightmare. The associate doesn't know what is customer service, disrespectful over the phone, not nice at all. We are on-time on our payments and all I want to know is how much we owe to get the 90-day same as cash price. I don't mind if I owe 500 dollars, I just need to know how much so I can pay for it but instead these people can't tell me the exact amount I owe. Every person I talk to gave me different amount and numbers. Are you telling me that you guys are not sure??? That's bull crap. Every person, every associate gave me different information. Not sure? Then tell me nicely, I would understand. Don't give me 457, then other person says 370, other one says 169. This is going to be our first and last business with RAC. I will not recommend to a friend.
