The ppl don't know what they are doing. They are very polite. However left hand doest know what the right hand is doing. They charged me for my line and my sister for the same line.

Lots of double talk ,crappy phones but that is with version and sprint. If I pay almost 800 for a phone I expect it to last more than 3mon. And to have to pay 200 that soon, awful .
Great service and friendly staff. I couldn't ask for more. They had practically all of the answers to my questions, and if they didn't know, they knew how to find out. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Also, Sprint has been named the most improved carrier of 2015. I am proud to be a sprint customer.
Awesome service, except in Mililani Mauka.
I am visiting my daughter in Hawaii and I live in North Carolina. The other day my cell phone went through the laundry. I went to the Sprint store in Wahiawa where Jeffrey and Pablo went out of their way to contact the insurance company and activate my replacement cell phone. They were emphatic and efficient during the process in spite of the problems we encountered. One of the problems was with the incorrect sim number. Without any hesitation, I highly recommend the Sprint store and especially Pablo and Jeffrey.
