Nice 1/4 mike track with really clean restrooms, it gets crowded during military physical training hours 6-8 am, it has a few pull up bars and a football field in the middle of it, it’s well lit at night, and has plenty of parking.
The track is brand new and the fields look really nice but you aren't allowed to use them...at all.

It's a field. Has a decent track. Big enough to do somethings, but it's blocked off and has to be reserved. Watts is better if you're just looking for a field. Again a field, 5 stars, definitely meets that requirement. But 4 stars because you have to reserve it.
