Its going to be good, and he cant resist. Just wait - he's going to come back and say my oil was low and it caused the engine to seize, which caused the timing chain to skip, blah, blah, blah, blah. Fact is, you can't believe anything he says because of it doesn't benefit Sam and the business by putting $$$$ in his pocket, he won't accept responsibility for his pathetic actions. He will do whatever it takes to avoid paying out more $$$ to cover his mistakes.....including blaming you for the problems.
NO DOUBT, Sam is going to offer a weak rebuttal below because he guards his reputation to build his inage, but as you can clearly read from reviews below....the multiple negative reviews....that he is a jackass and treats people without dignity and respect.
I'm giving 3 stars for the girl and guy behind the counter who at least acknowledge people as they come in and try to interact. The girl let me use the shop phone when mobile tower went down so I could swap insurance. The other 3 stars were deducted because of the guy who did my safety, cold, rude and unprofessional to me. I'm thick skinned so I shrugged it off, but that's not a attitude of a business owner who would hope that customer would return. Wished it was better because they are close by, but I'll take my business to ewa now. And I also noticed a while back they responded whole heartedly to bad reviews, now they just attack them. Something went bad somewhere
UNPROFESSIONAL. OVERRATED. Horrible experience every time. AVOID AT ALL COST. Extremely overpriced and overinflated. I've spend over $1600 on engine work and still not working right. My friend had an engine rebuilt and they dropped a reed inside that cause engine failure. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Today, the Manager - liar Sam Bird- was out of control. So bad that I started recording him. After he pushed and straigned to get my phone like a frightened schoolboy, I called the police and filed a report. He's pathetic.
I usually have a decent experience @ this shop, (I've gone in for safety checks and some parts for the past five years), and the staff is pleasant enough, but lately, it seems like the owner has become very argumentative and irritable. (especially when it comes to safety checks-my rear tire only had 2800 miles on it--I had my invoice that reflected installation and mileage, yet he insisted it needed replacement) After the shouting match ended, (he started it), I simply take my business elsewhere. I feel sorry for his staff in that they have to put up with that guy.
The rest of the team is pretty cool and should never have to work in this toxic environment that he's created. STEER CLEAR.
I enjoyed me experience here my motorcycle had a flat and they were able to repair the tire until I was able to save up to buy new tires. That they ordered for me.
Always had a good expierience at the shop. Quick turn around times for repairs or tire changes. Always gave me good advice and recommendations. I think some peoples expectations are just too high so they leave a bad review but hey everyone makes mistakes from time to time wether your a professional mechanic or not.
