Only went for a safety check. Was in and out fairly quick. Paid after my inspection was complete. Sad they had to scrape my little rear window sticker off though.
I went there for a safety check for my new jeep that I bought from the main land.... I was told I had to pay upfront before the inspection could began. I paid and waited 30 minutes before she came back out and said there was something wrong with the Hawaii safety check system and wasn't able to process the information. I asked how long it would be until the system was back up? She stated she did not know but I could wait until then. I declined and asked for my money back she replied that she could not give me my money back because they had already performed my safety check and I failed. I asked why I was being charged when the safety system was down and they as a business were not able to provide me I was not there to cause any trouble and I pointed out to them that if they can't do there business right there should not be open.. I told them that I would be writing a review because other people don't need to go with what I went through and do have the time in their and my busy lives. Thank you google for this feature to voice our opinions about event we encounter.
Wow. Way to fail a stock Jeep with stock suspension for having altered it. Cuz, ya know, 87-95 Jeep Wrangler didn't come stock with leaf springs all the way around. Contrary to your belief, they actually do.
