He put some oil in the car, checked it and stayed until the 6 pm to work on my car. I was humble by the way he committed himself. I mean he didn't have to, but he stayed late anyways. He gained me a customer now. Thanks!!!
Tai always does a great job and do it for hundreds less than what VW quotes me. Honest and will tell you only what you need to get done. As a woman, I always feel like I'm getting ripped off because they think I don't know better (which I don't) so I appreciate knowing that I'm getting an honest opinion here.
